This project added a new sunroom with large windows, skylights and a patio door. Additionally, oak hardwood flooring was installed in the sunroom, kitchen and hallway.

At the beginning of the project, part of the existing deck was removed and the concrete slab & footings were poured. At this phase, the new sunroom walls and floors are constructed to match the existing structure. We are installing the Pella® Designer Series® slim shade windows and patio door.

Now that the windows, patio door and skylights have been installed, the shingles for the new roof are being applied. At this phase, we have installed new aluminum siding and trim to match the existing structure. The newly installed Pella® patio door provides convenient access to the deck.

The newly installed oak hardwood flooring supplements the already smooth flowing rooms. Te large bank of Pella® Designer Series® windows make for a bright, welcoming and cozy environment. The finished sunroom provides additional natural light to the adjacent rooms.
