This project included an addition on the back of the house to expand the kitchen and add a new living room.  The second floor was completely remodeled to include a new bathroom and (2) bedrooms.  Additionally, a new roof was constructed, new cedar siding installed and the brick was stained white.

At this phase, dormers were added to the (2) remodeled bedrooms, while a new roof is added to the house.  At this phase, the barrel vault dormers give the house a unique look.  As indicated, the barrel vault dormers increase the room size and allows for increased natural light.  During this phase, the addition to the back of the house increases the kitchen and adds a new family room. 

With the dormers complete and the existing brick stained white, the house has a unique, contemporary look.  With the house completed, it gives the neighborhood a little more style and charm.  As shown, the newly remodeled kitchen with new cabinets makes for an enjoyable and warm setting.

The atmosphere of our newly completed living room promotes a setting of style and relaxation.  The new fireplace accents the already warm environment and makes for a peaceful setting during the winter months.  As this photos indicate, we can see how the new living room and kitchen flow together.
