This project entailed the demolition of the interior of this older farm house and conversion into a commercial establishment. Remodeling consisted of new offices, bathrooms, a reception area, and a new break room. On the exterior of the building , the windows and roof were replaced. Additionally, a new brick entryway was added with a handicap accessible ramp.

In this view, we can see the new walkway, wheel chair ramp and entryway. Using the new entry way, one enters the building through the newly installed front door. This perspective shows the large foyer with new ceramic tile and the newly created reception area.

We can see in this picture the newly remodeled handicap accessible bathroom. In the newly created break room, we installed new upper and lower cabinets as well as a new sink and matching countertop. This view is only one of the many new workstations created by the newly remodeled offices.
