This project entailed the addition of a new Sunroom, new Master Bathroom, new oak hardwood flooring as well as removal and replacement of all existing windows and siding, soffits, fascia & gutters and downspouts.

One can see the new first floor exterior sunroom, the newly constructed second floor Master Bath and the new cedar siding, soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts as well as the newly replaced windows, new siding, new garage doors, and the increased space with the new addition of the sunroom and Master Bath. Please notice how we changed the existing windows in the kitchen to match the windows in the sunroom.

The new sunroom exudes elegance with the new oak hardwood flooring and Hurd wood windows. In this perspective, one can see the added natural light through the array of Hurd double hung wood windows. As this photo indicates, the pocket French doors with colonial grilles adds a touch of elegance upon entrance into the Sunroom.

One of the added features of new Master Bath is this cherry wainscoted encased Jacuzzi -- providing an atmosphere of relaxation. We catch a breath of fresh air from the new Hurd wood double hung windows. Conveniently located, one of the dual his/her cherry wainscot vanities complements the Jacuzzi and the newly installed ceramic tile.
